Mike's Monsters is a colossal creative adventure, showcasing the creatures from my beloved films that ignited my passion for photography during my formative years featuring the terrifying Xenomorph from ALIEN, the trophy hunting PREDATOR, and King of the Monsters, Godzilla.

My artistic journey extends to Hollywood's special effect houses, including collaborations with studioADI, leading to working with industry giants like Studio Ghibli & Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America. From 2022 to 2023, I proudly served as their Media Producer.

Mike's Monsters not only offers exclusive event experiences, from the world premiere of 'PREY' to the Hollywood premiere of TOHO's critically acclaimed 'Godzilla: Minus One' in 2023 but also invites you to explore my specialized Instagram, where I share the final photographic results of my productions.

My first subjects in front of the camera were the pieces in my collection. This passion project is a nostalgic nod to my childhood inspirations, allowing me to experiment with techniques on monster figures while seamlessly integrating them into my professional career.

So Burke turned out to really be an okay guy. It was an absolute pleasure meeting and snapping this @polaroid of @paulreiserofficial during a signing of the new ALIENS “What If…?” series from @marvel, along with director @brianvolkweiss and producers Adam Goldberg and Hans Rodionoff. Well, tonight didn’t go as planned. I had received an invite for 2 to the #GodzillaxKongTheNewEmpire Hollywood premiere. But after standing in line for 2.5 hours, I found that the invitees gave away too many tickets & they hit capacity. Oh well. At least we cleaned up nice and I got to spend the evening with my lovely girlfriend. @horrorbabeshow always cleans up nice. 😘

OSCAR WINNERS. Congratulations to Takashi Yamazaki and the Godzilla Minus One team on receiving Best Visual Effects at The Oscars. So incredibly deserved. So proud to be a fan of this franchise.

My creative visual style was defined by my love of Dragon Ball Z. I was inspired by the light and energy the characters would release during their battles. I wanted to bring that energy to my photography, which I like to think I did over time. If it weren’t for DBZ and Toriyama, I don’t know what my photos would look like. The lessons taught from Dragon Ball have guided my life. To always get up and push harder after failure. Dragon Ball helped shape who I am as a human being. It was there for me during my hardest periods in life, and often helped push me through the pain. Rest in peace, Akira Toriyama. 💔 Thank you for Dragon Ball and so much more.
